Can GL.iNet GL-AR750-Ext(Slate) use 4G LTE USB KEY with tethering ?

Yes as long as the model of 4G LTE USB key is supported under OpenWRT.

Yes. The dongle must be hostless (working as tethering).

Sorry, not living in France. If you check the dongles in the market, if the dongle already have WiFi, generally it is hostless. So you can use it.
