I recently purchased the GL.iNet GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX) with the goal of using the cellular data (Verizon) on my iPad to stream baseball games via Mevo/Gamechanger. I followed the steps in the video below on how to tether, but get stuck at step 6. The pop up "Trust this computer" does not come up and when accessing the router, I do not have the option to tether the devices as it appear to see the iPad. I have tested it with an iphone and everything works perfectly. I've tried it with 3 different iPads, 1 9th gen and 2 10th gen, and none of them have the Trust this computer option.. I have updated the firmware for the MT3000 and the iPadOS to the most recent versions. I've tried resetting the network settings on the ipads. along with the location and privacy settings. I've tried multiple USB/Lightning cables. The USB cable for the 10th gen ipads was used on the iphone and worked, so I don't think that is the issue. Any ideas.
Hi,
Confirm if your iPad support cellular and now inserted the Verizon SIM?
Can the iPad share the network to the PC via the USB cable?
Looks like the iPad is locked for this function. Is this iPad a special version from any organization?
otherwise you need to talk with your carrier.
