GL.iNet GL-MT3000 Does not connect to Wireguard Server ( Mullvad) Error -7 Failed to retrieve config. Please verify your network connection.

My GL.iNet GL-MT3000 doesn't connect to the Wireguard server (Mullvad VPN) , it was working fine 3 months ago. I have added my Mullvad account and when I click "Save and Contine" on the Wireguard Client screen I get the error "-7 Failed to retrieve config. Please verify your network connection".
When I put wrong account ( wrong password) I get the same error , it seems router is not even reaching Mullvad VPN server. Any one can assit , thanks in advance.

Please check if your DNS is working correctly.

What ISP and firmware do you use?

DNS is working fine , I am able to browse internet via GL router, I can ping too.ISP is virgin media, UK .
Firmware is V4.6.4 , Release 3

Is your Mullvad account still active?

Thanks, yes I Mulvad account was active , however I noticed that my ISP may have blocked the initial Wireguard traffic as when I used my mobile phone SIM with GL Inet router, It works straight away and later when I attempt to connect back via my ISP virgin media, it worked too.
It seems for some reason initial Wireguard traffic had some issues, it's now working fine. Thanks for your assistance ( especially when you pointed about the ISP) as at that time ,I used my phone SIM to test and it worked.
