What's the point here?
I think we better stick with GL inet topics since this is their own forum and not an open forum for Flint 2. Also, its a way of how we can show respect to their devs who amazingly made firmwares that are now very usable and close to stable.
The idea was just to highlight how much support is provided for this router and that can only be gratifying even for GliNet, and I also use the GliNet software which is very ok!
But the point is that I chose this router that supports alternative OpenSource firmware and I think there are some users who are open for tests and other firmware ....

I really love the idea, and I agree that GL.iNet routers are amazing! One of the reasons they sell so well is their support for OpenWrt, an open-source software that allows for great customization and variations. The freedom to choose firmware is a important feature for end users.
