Gl.inet MT3000, Quectel RM520N-GLAA

Good day! Please help me get the maximum speed on Quectel RM520N-GLAA. The problem is that RM520N does not gain speed more than 270 Mbps in 5G networks, where the phone shows 1,200 Mbps. The modem is in Gl.Inet M2 board, connected to Gl.Inet MT3000 via USB3.0. I also tried MikroTik RBM33G (MT7621, USB3.0, RouterOS, clean OWRT and Rooter Goldenorb), the speed is also limited. My modem is in AT+QCFG="data_interface",0,0 mode. What mode does RM520N work in on your Gl.Inet GL-XE3000? The processors in MT3000 and GL-XE3000 are the same, right? Can you give me some advice?

Better to use boards that have 2.5Gbps ETH and then use simpleadmin on it. USB speed probs are kind if common rn.

Also check what bands does your phone uses. Make sure that RM520N also uses those bands with the same PCI.

Our 5G NSA network uses bands 1 or 3 with N78C 100Mhz and this modem (SDX62) supports such aggregation. The modem connected directly to the computer works without speed limits.
Yes, of course, there is an idea to buy an M2 to 2.5 ETH, but first I would like to try running the modem with what I have.
Thanks for your response

On X3000/XE3000 we put the modem in pcie mode.

In the dev board the modem works in usb mode. USB mode is slower.

Can I switch the modem installed on the dev board to pcie mode? Will there be access to the modem after this and will it work with the router on USB?

No you cannot. The board use USB to talk with the router so that the modem has to be in USB mode
