GL.iNet router disconnecting often with Globe SIM on 4G mode

Hi guys,

I am using Globe SIM in my GL.iNet router for home internet. Problem is internet disconnects many times during the day, especially on 4G mode. Signal looks okay but connection suddenly drops and comes back after few minutes.

Sometimes YouTube and Facebook work fine but gaming and video calls become unstable. I already tried rebooting router and changing APN settings but still same issue.

Not sure if this is Globe network problem or router setting issue. Anyone using Globe SIM with GL.iNet router in Philippines and facing same thing?

Could you please clarify and try the following:

  1. What is your router model and firmware version?

  2. Please run a long-duration ping test on your PC and check whether timeouts or packet loss occur when the issue happens:

# Windows (Command Prompt)
ping 8.8.8.8 -t

# macOS / Linux
ping 8.8.8.8
  1. After the issue occurs, please export both the device logs and modem logs and send them to us via private message for analysis.
