GL.iNet UI for arbitrary hardware?

I want to build a firmware using GL.iNet Router API and User Interface for personal use, on a Intel Celeron based PC, with WLAN and MODEM (5G). I have pfsense background, so, not much command line experience.

Since plain openwrt is not very appealing to me, is it possible to get the GL.iNet UI as an addition to the already installed plain openwrt? Or, is it possible to compile entire firmware for this use case, learning GitHub - gl-inet/imagebuilder: Warning！Please look at 'GL.iNET Imagebuilder Introduction' section. ?

The GL UI is only available for GL devices as it is proprietary software. Sorry.
