Gl-Inet X2000 Orange e-sim install timing out with error

I have installed the EIOT Sim and have Internet connection. When I try and upload the Orange e-sim I purchased I get the following error.

  • Device start connect internet

  • Internet connect success

  • Device start download profile

  • Download profile: 30%

  • Download profile fail: maybe this profile has been downloaded repeatedly by other devices or the current device, please check it or use other esim profile to test, if you confirm this is first time download, you can copy this logs to contact GL.iNet support get help.

  • Err message: Auth client fail. | {"header":{"functionExecutionStatus":{"status":"Failed","statusCodeData":{"subjectCode":"8.2.6","reasonCode":"3.8","message":"MatchingID is refused"}}}}

Help appreciated.

Hello, your Orange esim profile may have been used and not allow repeated installation. Or maybe your Orange esim profile is not compatible with EIOT esim card and need to be installed on a specific device.
It need to contact Orange for further assistance.
