GL.iNet X3000 dropping SCC

run the AT+QCAINFO command without the ? at the end. It will tell you what the PCC and SCC bands are.

You can edit and make whatever changes to the /www/views/gl-sdk4-ui-modemmanage.common.js.gz file you want. Directions can be found here: Adding custom AT commands

Restore this file as you would a backup file. It contains a new modemmanage file as listed above as well as a copy of the original file so it's easy to revert back if you want. You may need to reboot the router in order to see the list update.
