GL Mango as router for a static lan

Hello everyone, here’s my situation: in my office we have two vlans: one for public access, which has dhcp and gateway 192.168.0.1, and the other one for staff, which has static lan, gateway 192.168.0.250.

The laptop provided has dhcp and has domain restrictions, so my question is: can I use my mango router as a man in the middle, to provide routing from dynamic to static lan?

It should not be a problem using advanced routing via luci, I would say.
It depends on how the VLAN works in your company. If it's untagged directly on the switch port, you can't use a router to adjust it.

However, you should talk to your tech staff before. VLAN is part of a security concept and should not be changed just because it might be more convenient.
