I think you have v2.4, right? It is Micro SIM as said in the shop. If you are using nano card this is likely to be a problem. Most SIM card comes with Mini, micro and nano size adapters.
Also be noticed that the side without angle should face outside.
Thanks you,changed to Micro SIM, it worked. The instructions in the attachment is also nano sim card, it confused me.
