GL-MT3000 5G Issues

I appear to be having issues with the 5G on my GL-MT3000, Beryl AX;
The device will have trouble with anything via 5G. It will connect to the router via 5G, but will not have any internet access.
I can access the Admin Portal (192.168.8.1) for the device when the plugged in via ethernet, but the IP Address, Gateway, and DNS Server just sit at Getting... without changing, and it provides no internet access.

No devices connected to the Beryl 5G have any internet access and they cannot access the Admin Portal for the Beryl via the wifi.

There are none of these issues for the 2.4G.

When set to 2.4G, I can connect to the router via WIFI no issues and receive internet, and I can connect to the Admin Portal the Beryl creates via wifi.

I am using the latest firmware (4.7.0).

Are there 2 or more MT3000s around?

I assume the clients can connect to the MT3000 via the MT3000 (A) 5G WiFi, and you can access the Admin Panel but no Internet, since you say IP/DNS/Gateway of someone interface (assume is Ethernet) is getting.
That is the MT3000, router A.

But now you can connect the MT3000 via the MT3000 (B) 2.4G, and Admin Panel and Internet are without issue to access. SO the Ethernet have got the IP/DNS/Gateway on this router.
That is the MT3000, router B?

Since depends on the situations of them, I assume not the same router.

If the 2.4G WiFi without issue, the 5G WiFi also should be worked and no issue, since 5G WiFi is able to access the Admin Panel.

Please check this guide to reset the router one more time:
