GL-MT3000 (Beryl AX) Repeater 5Ghz Doesn't always Connect

I do not know what GoodCloud is.

I set my A1300 into WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE and was able to connect with my MT3000 and Disconnect and Reconnect with it just fine,

I decided to downgrade the MT3000 to release 4.5.16 and it's able to connect my network just fine in WPA3/WPA2 Mixed.

I then reupgrade the MT3000 to the latest firmware you provided and refuses to work with my network in WPA3/2 mixed mode..

My hone network works with the MT3000 when i set it to WPA2 mode

I tried to change the Channel of the Wifi signal to different numbers and still no reconnection.

Is 'my network' the m3000, or the AC1900?
Probably this issue is related to that device WiFi OTA.

GoodCloud is the GL router management cloud platform.

  1. please PM me to tell the MAC address of the router if you shared it with us.
  2. upgrade the firmware to the issue version for the MT3000, the stable v4.6.2.
  3. please connect the WAN cable for the MT3000, to bring a stable Internet access for it, WAN (Ethernet) is prime in the Multi-WAN, and the MT3000 can scan the m3000 or AC1900 WiFi.

BTW, did you try to OP24 firmware for the MT3000 to see if the repeater ok?

M3000

I did not try that firmware but I can give it a try

I tried this and works

I can revert back to the other firmware and give you remote access if still needed

Thank you.

We still would like to check the issue about firmware v4.6.2 + repeat M3000 WPA2/3 mixed. Please follow these to share the router with us, since we need to capture the WiFi OTA package log.

I've sent you a private message with the info

OK, got it
