Is 'my network' the m3000, or the AC1900?
Probably this issue is related to that device WiFi OTA.

upgrade the firmware to the issue version for the MT3000, the stable v4.6.2.
please connect the WAN cable for the MT3000, to bring a stable Internet access for it, WAN (Ethernet) is prime in the Multi-WAN, and the MT3000 can scan the m3000 or AC1900 WiFi. Technical Support via GoodCloud.tar (192 KB)
BTW, did you try to OP24 firmware for the MT3000 to see if the repeater ok?
We still would like to check the issue about firmware v4.6.2 + repeat M3000 WPA2/3 mixed. Please follow these to share the router with us, since we need to capture the WiFi OTA package log.
