GL-MT3000 luci-app-upnp missing?

OpenWRT Version: OpenWrt 21.02-SNAPSHOT
Firmware: 4.7.4

I tried searching for luci-app-upnp but doesn't seem to exist? I have tried update lists and manually putting in the Package name. No matter what, I can't seem to find this one app to enable UPNP.

Please update the opkg repo first.

opkg update
opkg install luci-app-upnp

I have tried that, but doesn't work.
