I have factory reseted the router and troubleshooted my WIFI but on my WIN 11 PC the 5GHZ network is not visible. I have the latest Intel drivers and the latest router firmware.
But I am connected with my iPhone to the 5GHZ network.
It doesn't see the standard network or the guest network and I have tried all setting.
My PC Wifi network card supports 5GHZ
Try to lower the bandwidth (and/or encryption) until you see it on your PC as well; guess your WiFi card is too old.

What is the 5G channel and other setttings?
There are some channels in the 5GHz-band that can't be seen by old WiFi-devices. I have this problem with channels 149 - 173 and an old notebook.
Just use the lower channels.
