GL-MT300N-V2 as VPN-Client with a Fritz!Box?

Unfortunatley the Fritz!Boxes from AVM don't support VPN-Client-Mode.
I don't want to install a VPN-Client for my VPN-Provider on every device but instead use the GL-MT300-V2 to access only some URLs via VPN.
Is this possible and where can I find details for configuration of devices, GL-MT300-V2 and Fritz!Box.

You might need to use the Drop-In Gateway then: Drop-in Gateway - GL.iNet Router Docs 4

Or you need manual routing - but there is no tutorial for that because it highly depends on your environment.

Is it possible to use the VPN-client of the Mango to access only dedicated IPs or DNS/URLs and all the other traffic goes directly to the internet without VPN?

Yep. VPN Routing policy to Domain/IP instead of Global Proxy.
