GL-MT600 - Port Forward Guest-to-LAN

Hello Forum members,
I have a Flint 2 router, GL-MT6000 running firmware 4.7.7 - and Port Forwarding appears to not be working as expected.
My scenario is: I have a LAN network (192.168.0.0/24) with my 'home' devices.
I then have a guest network (192.168.9.0/24) where my 'guests' connect. iPhones, Doorbells, IOT lamps etc...
I want to enable a service on my LAN network to my guests, be it a web server or RDP access etc.
From the Admin panel, I choose:
Network, Port Forwarding, Add +
I then specify my External Zone as 'Guest' and Port.
I then specify my Internal Zone as 'LAN' and the IP and Port I wish to allow the guest to connect too. Pretty simple I thought, but no matter what I try, the guests on the .9 network are unable to connect to the service on the .0 network.

Are there additional routing or firewall changes required to enable this simple connectivity?? I have opened a technical support ticket but no response from the Gl iNet team yet.

Thanks

Using Port forwarding does not seem to achieve this requirement because there is no forward to lan in the guest zone's rules.

But you can try adding a traffic rule to let it can be reached:
