GL-MT6000 + Community Fibre not working

So my ISP is Community Fibre (CF) base in the UK. I have confirmed with them that they support third-party routers and that I don't need to use a specific MAC address, and all they needed to do is clear the MAC address table,e and it should be working fine.

However, this still does not work, and cannot get a connection via DHCP. CF does not support PPPOE and uses CGNAT, so I cannot use static settings. Can you please suggest how I can get it to work? I'm running the latest firmware version V4.7.4. This should work, and I must be doing something wrong.

This may help.

Factory reset the router, try again, if it doesn’t work give CF a call to reset the MAC to use your own router.

I've just tried resetting from the device and admin panel and had no luck, I've ask CF to clear the MAC so that should be fine and they said they can see my MAC for my new router no problem, I guess can try to ask them to "Reprovision"?

So after speaking to the technical department of CF they repovisioned the ONT, and it connected for a second and they confirmed that it assigned IPV4 for a moment and then disconnected again. They opened a job about my router to see if there is an fix, but I doubt anything would come out of it

Would cloning the MAC address of your original router help?

ok so I spoke to someone else at CF and they reprovisioned the ONT again and this time it seem to work

so when i first tried it it worked for like 10min and then it stopped working, so I then tried to clone the MAC and it never worked
