Just to clarify. I've not checked the channel situation on op24, or open firmware.
The UK channels have pretty much not changed since 2017 for 5ghz.
So the 18.06 and 21.02 SDK should be correct.
are you sending it back as not fit for purpose?
Yeah pretty much. Sent back via Amazon as performance not adequate.
I'd expect a product to be just plug and play and away it goes, (Like my ASUS gear does) I don't expect to be having to tinker with settings in the advanced editor etc. Saying that, stability and reliability should be there out of the box in terms of Firmware.
To say that every FW release since 4.6.2 has had issues with speed on the 5ghz, so issues since September 2024, seems a little off-putting too.
I want to like it, but at the minute, it's just not right!
