I WFH and have had trouble with calls dropping and not being able to receive calls from a web app that is a CCaaS platform. After showing high upload ping I installed a flint 2 as the main router and the old AT&T router (BGW320) as the modem where I enabled IP passthrough. For SQM, I enabled cake with single layer and turned off hardware acceleration. For now, the ping spikes have been resolved but now my overall ping is in the 50s even though bufferfloat shows it is fine and my ping before installing the flint 2 was in the 30s. Trying to figure out if this is a issue of my config, my setup, or ISP routing.
