GL-MV1000 Brume: USB Type-C Ethernet Gadget : Alternative way to supply power?

I would like to use GL-MV1000’s RNDIS/Ethernet Gadget and connect a computer to the GL-MV1000’s USB Type-C socket for network connection. However, the computer is not always powered on and therefore cannot provide power to the GL-MV1000. Is there any alternative way to supply power to the GL-MV1000 PCB?

You can try a wire spliter? Not sure if there is one but should be.
