I am unable to connect to KVM over cloud after a while using it. Local connection works fine however. I was able to do a cloud connection but it wasn’t stable since I have the RM1, when I first set it up I had the 1.7 firmware update and it had the same issue, I configured a static IP for the RM1, but the issue remains, I was waiting until new firmware release to see if it fix the problem, the current release 1.8.0 still has the issue, my ethernet connection is stable, disconect and connect the ethernet cable doesn’t fix the issue, I need to restart the device to make cloud connection work again and it only works for few hours. Not sure how to fix. Thank you
Here are the logs, thank you:

Your wired Ethernet port keeps repeatedly reporting speed drops and disconnections. you should check if there's an issue with your network cable?
Maybe the fact that I use a cat5e ethernet cable as a extension from router to RJ45 Inline coupler and from there I use the box ethernet cat 6 cable to the kvm could be the cause? I don’t think that the extension itself is the cause because I have more devices with that configuration. I will check using a cat5e cable instead of the included one
After testing with another cat5d cable to see if it solve the problem, the issue remains, here are the logs

There are still a large number of logs indicating reconnections of wired network ports.
I’ve changed the RJ45 inline coupler for a TP switch to see if it gets me a more stable connection, I will test these days and inform you if the issue is solved. One more thing that it’s a issue related to screen resolution, before firmware 1.8.0 arch linux detects the kvm as a screen with full resolution (2k) but after firmware update it detects kvm as a 1920x1080 screen even though its EDID is set as 2560x1440 in settings, no other 2k EDID mode works, the max resolution arch detects is 1920x1080, in windows it doesn’t happen, do you know what could be the reason? Thanks for your time!
Maybe you can try to adjust resolution of Comet in Arch LINUX.
I have no idea. I also saw some similar problem on Windows, but it just disappeared no sense.
same problem here. keeps losing connection after a while.

Version 1.8.0.
After changed my connection with a TP Link switch the problem was solved, the issue indeed was my unstable internet wired connection
