Today i've upgraded my KVM GL-RM1 to version 1.3.0 and Windows application to version 1.1.0 and i'm only able to view screen but keyboard and mouse are not responding.
GLKVM app shows "free, inactive" for keyboard and mouse (orange icons).
Of course everything worked until upgrade.
Tried reinstall GLKVM win app to v1.0.0 but it seems to be not compatible with latest RM1 firmware as i was not even able to connect to device.
Do you guys faced similar issue? Do we have anybody from KVMs support?
Yesterday after replace USB cable OR just kept device turned off for some time it worked again.
Unfortunately today the issue has back with even new problem - HDMI. For few minutes i seen notice that there's no HDMI connection/cable (don't remember).
I tried to re-connect cables, restart device, change HDMI cable and nothing helped. After few device reboots it lost it's settings and i needed to initiate it again (it asked me to set admin's password).
Of course, to have some clear state, i've returned factory settings by pressing reset button for 8 secs.
After another few moments, HDMI worked again (i don't think that any reset or restart helped here), but mouse & keyboard are not responsive again and nothing helping here - turning device for some time, changing cables, reconnecting cables etc.
Is it possible to download previous firmware and downgrade it locally?
Hi I was having the exact same problem, version 1.3.0 release 1, keyboard doesn't seem to be seen or work at all. But doing that override fixed things right up. I guess the defaults are broken in some way in this release.
I found this page because I have pretty much the same issue. I had been waiting for the device, and today I finally unboxed it, excited. It updated itself to version 1.3, and I was hoping it would just work — but the mouse and keyboard don’t respond.
In the bottom-right corner, it shows: free mouse, inactive and free keyboard, inactive, both in orange.
I also updated to the 1.4.0 beta2 version, changed the Device identity, and disabled Virtual Media. Still the same issue in the Status section, bottom-right corner of the page.
Then I tried resetting the device. Can someone help me out? I even tried using a custom device and played around a bit with the settings...

Later edit :
It worked; the problem was the USB port on the PC, which was either broken or had some issue. I plugged the device into another port and it worked perfectly. That was the issue. I thought I should mention it, so you’re not left wondering. It's running on Windows 10, and everything is working great. As an off-topic note, I already have a Brume2 VPN router that works flawlessly, and I bought another one. I hope Brume3 will be released as well, with a bit more power.
