Hi,

I purchased GL-RM1 and have the following questions.

  1. Will it work on a work laptop where I am not the admin but a limited user
  2. The work laptop has Cisco physical pin and token authentication. Will it work for that as there are two or three levels of authentication.
  3. I ask this because my work have security apps monitoring stuff like auto clickers and etc.
  4. Will my camera on work laptop be accessible for ms teams calls or not?

  2. according to some user’s report, you may need to input pin code in bind since laptop seems only display in built-in screen not in kvm
  3. not sure
  4. camera on controlled pc can work , but if you're thinking about sending the video feed from the camera on the controlling PC to the controlled end, that is currently not supported.
