GL-RM10 Comet Pro not working with Laptop

Hi, I am getting this message when connecting the GL-RM10 Comet Pro with a laptop. It works with my mini-PC, though.

let's try a few basic checks first:

1. Are you using the original cables that came with your KVM device?

2. Could you try adjusting the EDID settings on the KVM console?

3. Also, please check whether the controlled device is detecting the KVM as a new display properly

I was able to ‘fix’ the issue by connecting a monitor to the HDMI Out port. However, keyboard and mouse are not working although USB-C connected between the Comet Pro and Laptop.

And yes, I am using the original cables.

Regarding the keyboard and mouse issue, please try to disable Virtual Media in the KVM settings and change the device identity.

If the issue still persists, could you share the exact model of your laptop and export the logs from the KVM console?
