I received a GL-RM10 device as a gift from a friend who bought it in China. Currently, when I download the GLKVM software for Windows to pair with the device, it doesn’t work, and I’m also unable to connect to the Cloud Service.

Is it possible that the version sold in the Chinese market is different from the international version? Is there any way to convert my device to the international version?

Unfortunately, we do not offer to convert a CN version device to the international version.
