I can see the display from the device in the glkvm app but no keyboard activity succeeds. Is there a driver I need to install for the keyboard input to be recognized on my device?
I have the GL-RM1PE connected to a device running Debian 13 Linux kernel 6.12.57. It is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M710q (S12B00) with Intel Core i5-7400T CPU, Intel Graphics 630, and 16GB RAM. When I log in to glkvm.local, I get a video display but there is no login prompt; only other text (NOTE: I have an issue with a PCI wifi card which sends errors to the screen periodically and I can see those.)
But pressing the keys on my keyboard do not result in text being visible on the screen. If I bring up the virtual keyboard (or go full screen), in either case, pressing a key on my keyboard is registerd on the virtual keyboard (i.e., the key flashes) so the keyboard is recognized by the glkvm app and the GL-RM1PE device.
I can access the terminal and connect to the GL-RM1PE and that all works fine; I can list files, etc.
The glkvm app indicated there was an update so I installed that and that was successful. But still no keyboard activity.
Please advise...
