GL-S10 impossible to pair/factory reset

hello all,
I bought GL-S10 and now I'd like to configure it.
Unfortunatelly, I'm not able to start the pairing process or force the factory default.

Pairing mode (according to the manual): When it is not connected to any power supply, press, and hold the "Reset" button while plugging in the power cord untill BLE LED starts blinking.

While I'm executing it, I can see BLE is steady green for 1-2 seconds and its OFF with power LED steady green.

Reset to factory setting (according to the manual): While pressing the "Reset" button, turn on the power, press and hold the "Reset" button for 5 seconds and release.

Nothing happened with that.
GL-S10 tool doesn't show any device after scan.

Do you have any idea if I can do anything more?

Perhaps, if you have tried factory reset and it does not work, the device is defective in hardware.

Have you tried OTA upgrade?
While pressing the "Reset" button, turn on the power, press and hold the "Reset" button for 10 seconds and release.

Mine is still in it's boxed, let me know if you need me to set mine up, install the antenna before powering up etc.

I've tried plenty of times, either reset or entering the pairing node.
I saw on youtube how to do it, so the process is well known.
It wasn't possible to change the behaviour of the device.

As far as I know, the device should be visible during the OTA upgrade. It's impossible for me to see it on a list.
Maybe you can send me a link for OTA upgrade, so

Did you find a way to enter the pairing options?

I received my GL-S10 yesterday.

According to the instructions, before turning on the power, I press "reset" and while holding it, turn on the power.

Unfortunately, the "BLE" LED does not start flashing.

I can see BLE is steady green for 1-2 seconds and its OFF with power LED steady green.

Do you have a solution for this situation?

Paired mine just now held it for ten seconds for initial pairing with the GL S10 tool

Unfortunately, holding it for 10 seconds doesn't help.
There is no way I can get the BLE LED to start blinking.

That's the one I hold down before plugging in the micro usb.

Does the power led ever come on

While holding the reset I turn on the power,
the BLE diode lights up for 1-2 seconds and goes out,
then the power diode lights up,
then the white network diode flashes.

This is shown in the video above from my first post.

You can't get the BLE diode to flash, which signals pairing mode.

I have the ESP version. After connecting the Ethernet cable, the device appears in Homeassistant.
