Hi, I'm using the GL-S200 to commission and subscribe to a temperature sensor.
I need to replicate my current GL-S200 settings to a second GL-S200. Is there a way to back up and restore them to another GL-S200 while maintaining the same Thread Network dataset hex, administrator password, and other settings like the Network Mode set as Access Point?

No, the configuration backup and restore may not work on this case.
I would more recommend you to setup it by manual, or export the Thread settings to restore.
How can I restore the exported Thread settings?
If it's not possible to restore the Thread Network settings, is there a way I can obtain the dataset hex from an external device like a mini PC?
Basically, I need to read the dataset hex during a commissioning that will be executed from an external mini PC using chip-tool.
I need to retrieve the dataset hex from the GL-S200 and store it in a variable or in a file inside the mini PC.

If Thread network is enabled, you can find the Export Settings button,
Import Settings button,
