GL-sft1200 POE camera doesnt join network

I have GL-SFT1200 with POE camera. The poe camera is powered off PSU than ethernet connected to lan 2. However I cant see it on the network? If I do the same setup on my home network I can see the camera so i know camera and the setup works.

Why wont SFT1200 pick it up?

Found this in logged. IDK what it means.

Do you have any other devices connected to your SFT1200 or is it the only router in the network?

I factory reset it. Now camera can join. But when connecting to home wifi it doesn’t get Internet
