Pls try changing the wireless AMSDU Limit in MikroTik to 2048.
and then, setting the dhcp server lease time to 12 hours.
see if there is any improvement

Thanks for your help. Now it works great. But in fact, this needs to be done on the Gl.Net side. Sometimes it can be difficult to ask someone to change their hotspot settings.
