I have a GL-X2000 router which has firmware 4.7.13 to facilitate a physical e-Sim card. The e-Sim card is an EIOT card supplied with the router, inserted in slot 2. I have tried to install two different eSim profiles but each time the QR code is recognised and the download begins but it hangs at 90% and does not complete. Any ideas?

Has this esim profile been installed on other devices or activated before?
Pls check if the router is connected to internet. Change router DNS server to a different one, e.g. Google public DNS server and try again.
