Hello, I have recently purchased the GL-X3000 in the UK, and I'm using the Voxi (Vodafone) sim with unlimited plan.
Before using the GL-X3000 I used the NR5103E for a month, but it was crushing or I just didn't had internet at random times - was very unstable.
I have the Poynting 4x4 Omni antenna for 5G - 5G-XPOL-1-V2-41 which give me a stable signal all the time with the GL-X3000.
Today I had my first internet drop with the GL-X3000, when entering the device admin dashboard, the signal was strong and I didn't saw any issues with the device, but I'm not sure what to look for, maybe some debug logs somewhere?
Switching between SIM 1 and 2 and then back to 1 did the trick and I had internet again.
Currently my experience is far better then the NR5103E which was very unstable, but I'm still keen to understand why this kind of internet drop can happen while the device seems connected without issues.
