GL-X3000 Historical Signal Level Has Tons of Missing Time Gaps

Hey Gang,

Is there a glitch in the system or is this something I should worry about. Recently I began to check the signal level as I was moving the modem to a new area. I was kind of shocked to see that the signal graph has MASSIVE gaps in it. I'm running NSA and when I log in, I see the tab say NSA and 4G and on the NSA tab it shows major blanks in the signal graph.

Strangely enough, while sitting on that graph in real time and for some time after checking the signals ... the graphing seems to go back to normal with no gaps. As I am not always on lately with the router, I don't know if this is REALLY a drop / loss of signal or a graphical thing. Any one have ideas on this or experienced this and IS it a problem? If not, no biggie. If it is, what's the issue and how to solve it?

LTE status shows in 4G, NR status shows in NSA/5G.

The NSA standard means that LTE+NR will be used.
In this mode, when the router rarely transmits data, the base station and cellular modem will actively disconnect NR and only retain LTE, to save base station energy consumption.

When the router massive transmits data, they will actively connect to NR to obtain the optimal rate.

If router internet is normally and network speed is no issue, this is an expected behavior.

THANK YOU FOR THE EXPLANATION! I am setting up three more of these for family and need to know the answers to questions like this for them HAHA
