GL-X3000 in modem only mode

Hi. I have an gl-x3000 router which is working fine. I'm running the following firmware:

Modem: RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G
Router: 4.0 (0408release4)

I'd like to run this as a modem only - I have a Ubiquiti Unifi gateway/router/firewall which provides all my DHCP, WiFi etc. services, so I'd like to be able to use the 5G connection on my gl-x3000 and pass that through to the Unifi firewall as a WAN/Internet connection only.

I read in a forum post from last year that this functionality was coming and an unofficial SSH command was given to achieve this, but I was wondering if this is now possible officially and how to set it up?

Any help would be appreciated.

We still collect these related requirements, but not too much, as we already release the 5G development board for modem use scenario.
