I'm not sure if you were able to figure out anything from my logs but I am stuck on why I can't connect to my home wifi router. I have tried every combination of user facing configuration settings
I thought maybe it related to trying to connect to the Google Nest mesh network but using BSSID should allow me to connect to a specific router versus the mesh
I assume it's not related to ipv6 or WPA3 since I tried that. I tried all combinations of MAC address assignments and band selections ...
I checked your syslog, found there are many skip disabled bss log, it is strange, and
there is no match SSID (Google Nest), but I am not sure if this is the issue reason.
Please help us to check more,
SSh to the router, execute this command:
iwpriv apcli0 set SiteSurvey=
iwpriv apcli0 get_site_survey
Go to Luci > Network > Wireless > 802.11 ..acax > Scan
Using these 2 methods, to check if is there primary WiFi (Google Nest) in the list?
Was that command all on one line?
Ran Command...didn't let me know if it was successful ...and after figuring out Luci it sat and spun on loading view
Lots of no related rpc reply errors on luci
Execute first iwpriv apcli0 set SiteSurvey=
Execute then iwpriv apcli0 get_site_survey, it will print showing the WiFi around it.
Kindly note, if you perform wireless scanning, it is recommended that the laptop be wired to the router X3000. This way, during the router scanning, the AP is temporarily closed, resulting in the wireless connection of the laptop being temporarily disconnected, and some rpc reply errors occur (actually, WiFi may be disconnected, and the page timeout)
You can share the router with us to check through GoodCloud, please let me know the router MAC address and Web UI login password.
Please double confirm the phone is able to scan the Google Nest SSID.
Please connect the router X3000 wired to primary router or tethering to phone, since we have to check the repeater function in GoodCloud remote.
Unfortunately I ran out time and had to install the router in the RV so I hope I don't have these issues when I try to connect to a campground or we will have to troubleshoot then ... Thank you
