GL-X3000 Spitz AX no data

I’m currently traveling through Croatia with my camper. I buy unlimited SIM cards that run for 10 days with no registration required.

My current card was working perfectly but then the data just stopped. All indication is that it is online. Full and excellent 5G signal. But no connection from any device.

If I put the sim in my phone it works perfectly.

Has anyone had any similar issues? Like I say there is no registration required, no pin, and I have confirmation from my phone it’s working. Just not in the router.

Hello,

  1. Check the phone APN setting when the SIM inserted in phone. Although registration and pin may not be required, there may be APN which the phone automatically enters it

  2. Could you please share the modem log from GL GUI > Internet > Cellular > ··· > AT Command > Export:

  1. Please SSH to the router, execute the commands when the SIM shows online:
ping www.google.com
ping 8.8.8.8
ifconfig
ip r

Hi Bruce and thank you for the help.

If I enter the same apn as on the phone then there is no indication it is online. If I use the auto set up then it says it’s online but does not actually allow data access.

I have attached the file format. Do you have an email address?

I am sorry but I do not know how to enter the last information? Or if I should enter it with the auto or manual apn?
