GL-X3000: The interface is connected, but the Internet can't be accessed

Hey,

I've had various issues with my GL-X3000 but now yesterday it started to show:

The interface is connected, but the Internet can't be accessed.

And the modem doesn't connect online. Repeater and tethering are still working properly.

If I swap the SIM-card to my iPhone it connects properly. The same SIM-card worked for multiple months before this in the router.

Even a reboot doesn't seem to fix it. What could be the cause of this?

The connection into the near by towers seems to be very strong and I have 5G NSA 3/4 bars.

I downloaded the AT debug file and redacted my IMEI and zipped it here:

modem-debug.zip (2.1 KB)

Router and modem versions here:

$ cat /etc/glversion
4.7.4

$ gl_modem -B 0001:01:00.0 AT 'AT+QGMR'

RM520NGLAAR01A08M4G_01.206.01.206
OK

Somehow it started working after I did the Manual Setup for the Cellular Modem and also added the Movistar.es APN username and password to the connection details. Earlier it has not asked for these and I'm wondering if it actually was the root cause or something completely different :man_shrugging:

Perhaps the operator didn't require APN before.
From some time point, they require the SIM card used with the APN.
