Just set-up the GL-X3000 and before setting up I was getting unloaded latency of 56 and Download Latency of 30 with the G4ar modem and the waveform 4x4 antenna. When replaced the tmobile with the GL-X3000 the download Loaded latency wen up to 120 - 150. Is there some setting I am missing? The Upload Loaded got better, but download loaded got worse.

Yes, same SIM same everything. Only difference is the modem/gateway. I only have the one tower I am connecting to so I dont think it is that
Is there only one base station tower around?
Probably not, there is a high probability that they are not connected to the same tower.
Did you try locking SA/NSA or LTE?
I have one tower that I connect to. How do you lock SA?
