Just picked up GL-x3000nr the other day and I was impressed for about an hour until I figured out that wifi on this thing is buggy. I get between 10-40% packet loss on both 5ghz and 2.4. I tried changing channels, disabling security, lowering the power, etc and nothing seems to work. When I connect via ethernet all is well so I not my issues are not on the WAN side. Same result on multiple devices. Did I get a bad router or is there something amiss with the firmware?
How did you find out there are packet drops? Is it connected to the Internet directly or to an upstream modem?
