GL-X300B The eSIM Manage menu option under "Applications" is missing

I have ordered GL-X300B and EIOTCLUB physical ESIM. However, when I insert the physical ESIM but it did not work showing "SIM card not registered". I have tried all possible firmware not it did not work. I can't find esim manage tab under Application section. Please help.

@Happi Thank you for your support, and it does show the "esim manage" in the application tab.

However, no matter how I set the seed profile(Auto and manually apply the seed profile), the Cellular showed connecting and the sim does not register.

And then I added 3 esim profile, one from Ubigi, one from EIOT club and one from CMlink, the one from Ubigi does not appear in the standard esim profile.

However, the one from EIOT Club and CMLink appear in the esim profile, but I tried many times auto setup in Cellular but both connection failed(showing connecting and sim not registered)

Could you have some check on it, we plan to roll out this for large scale of company but it fail in the beginning.

May I know what country are you in to use the ESIM? since I saw you registered the CMLink, as well as Ubigi and EIOTCLUB

For first question(can't download the Ubigi), please give me the logs.

For second question, can you tell which module do you use? where are you testing? please tell which data plan do you purchase for Eiotclub and CMLink. I see the first UI picture, you use chinese, can you speak chinese?
