I'm going crazy...
It's about a GL X750-V2 with OpenWrt 22.03.4 r20123-38ccc47687, which I bought used for my camper van.
Since the available storage is limited, I want to expand it with an SD card in the internal slot, which should work via /overlay.
Unfortunately, I'm not a network or Linux expert, but I do have some knowledge and understand how it should work in principle.
Here are my steps:
The SD card was formatted as ext4 under Windows 11 using "MiniTool Partition Wizard" and installed in the internal SD slot.
I can find it under Mount Points, but it's not mounted.
Next, I configure /overlay under Edit and check the "enabled" box.
Everything is then displayed correctly under Mount Points. After "Save & Apply," however, this mount point doesn't appear in the Mounted file systems.
Even when I click on "Mount attach devices," nothing changes.
What am I doing wrong?
It's strange that I managed to do it once, but I don't know how, as it took me several attempts. After I triggered a restart from within Luci, the entire device was suddenly completely reset.
