Hi, I have a problem with my GL-X50v2 Spitz router. I've recently manually updated the firmware to the latest version (4.3.18 - 2024-08-03) but among the various items on the router page I no longer found the one that relating to the ft card. I tried to install samba (luci-i18n-samba4-en) but the installation was not successful and now the memory of the router, already limited by default, has been reduced from 1 M to 600 KB. How can I do to solve it? Is it possible to restore the memory to 1M as it was before? Thank you.
I would guess opkg remove luci-i18n-samba4-en --force-depends
via Shell should remove the package and all dependencies.
It's difficult to say what you really should do because we don't know what happened when you installed this package. Which is only a translation package, btw....
Might be way easier to just factory reset the router.
For getting file sharing back, downgrading the FW to 3.x is the best way.
In 4.x WebDAV might be included soon, but not yet.
