Can you upgrade to firmare 4.3.18 and check what is happening?
If there is a problem get me the log.
I upgrade the firmware as you suggested.
It is still saying there is no cellular device detected.

The log shows nothing about the modem. It means for some reason the USB connection is not there.
Can you let me know how do you use the device? As you have a sticker on the modem, do you actually use without the case? How do you power up the device? Using pins or the typeC connector?
Is your version with battery or without battery? If it is battery version, pls make sure use with battery connected.

We use the device to provide internet conexion in places where the regular internet is not available. We remove the casing and the battery of the device. We also remove the casing of the power adapter you send and we use the typeC connector to power up the device. We remove the casing of both the router and the power adapter because they don't fit into the casing we use to deploy, and we throw away the battery because we don't need it. We have deployed many devices under this conditions. I have connected the battery to the faulty device, nothing changed.
Actually we had a non-battery version, although I am not sure if that is still available. Will send you a message talk about that.
I have checked your device, maybe the PCBA is destoryed, can you give me your address(send it to my email), I will ask our us colleague give you a new PCBA.
