Hi there, I have recently purchased the Mudi travel router, it shows connected on the interface - however, devices (laptop) shows no internet. I have rebooted many times, can you please advise.
Can you drop me an email support at glinet.biz?
Pls give details e.g. carrier, screenshot of the UI, settings, firmware version.
Hello, I also have the same problem on GL.inet E750 mudi, I had version 3.217, it had a WiFi problem, it connected and disconnected continuously, I updated to 4.3.12 and now the WiFi connection seems more stable but that’s what happens, no internet , the company is Vodafone SPAIN.
You can do some test for the stability of the Wi-Fi connection.
We sell quite a few mudi routers, and quite a few are returned to us with booting problems, they do not finish starting, it is a good product, I hope that with the latest update, these problems will be corrected, I hope you can help me with the main issue to provide customer support
hello, does the device actually have a network?
If you access the internet without problem, the VPN is active.
In the configuration panel the traffic appears as sent and received and in the vpn the same
ls /tmp/run/mwan3
Take a look at the return result of this command
Disable multi-wan load
It turns off, it says that it does not give internet when connecting via wifi, and it works slowly. I send you the log, but it gives me problems in several routers, the same thing always happens, in which section can I put the terminal, for the command
logread.tar (114.5 KB)
214 / 5.000

As you have vpn enabled, what we need to check if the Internet works OK without VPN. So we can narrow down to cellular or vpn part.
Can you try turning off the vpn?
