They don’t seem to work well together, I had to switch to 5g ac on the Intel to get better speed, anyone with the same finding?
Android phones do work fine with the router
Depending on the purchase date the system defaults might be optimized for AC. GL.iNet routers can not use 160mhz only 80mhz.
I do not work for and I am not directly associated with GL.iNet 
The AX wifi card should support vairous bandwidth.
Yes, most settings are default
Speed is lower when on 5G n/ac/ax
Changing to 5G n/ac gets me higher speeds
Check what happens if you turn off background scan or set it to 5 GHz only.
