GLKVM App Portable Version?

Is there a possibility of running the GLKVM app from a USB drive with no installation or admin rights required? This would be a great feature for those who wish to access their home or work computers from various remote devices without necessarily installing the app or having admin rights on the host PC.

John Haller describes how he was creating portable apps. Almost any program could be turned into a USB app. The issue here I'm guessing is the VPN.

If one exposed the lan IP address via ddns, guess you'd just need browser.

I'd be quite happy to just use GL.iNET own server as a relay if that means that I can run the app without installation or needing admin rights or changing firewall rules on the host machine. This would be an awesome feature for those who are always on the go and needing to use different devices to access home or work from a remote PC.

Wonder if they will offer source on github? If you look at source you could see what they are doing maybe.

Guess you could try an install to a usb location and see what happens or what needs to be added.

It is stubbornly resistant to my attempts to create.
