Does the account shown belong to any account you have logged into?
Is the device actually under your own account? Or is it just displayed
I am a little worried about browser cache
I went and re-authenticated tailscale on the glkvm from a different PC. It now shows my correct email. I do think it somehow was browser cached.
The account shown was an account I had invited onto my tailnet but I don't recall ever signing into that account on the PC I used to add the glkvm to my tailnet.
Yeah the deivce was under my account on the tailscale admin dashboard, it was just that on the glkvm webgui it was showing the other (not my) email. The first screenshot is from my tailscale admin dashboard, the second one is from the webgui interface.
I have the same issue.
The email displayed in the kvm interface is the one of the first device in my tailscale admin panel.
This device is a shared device by someone else.
It might be that there is a problem with my rule for matching account names. I haven't tested the situation where multiple accounts share. I'll see how to fix it
Do you mean that you shared comet with others? Then is the "mail" displayed here someone else's mail?
No the kvm is not shared at all in tailscale.
What I mean is there are some shared machines (shared to me or shared from me) in my tailnet. In the admin interface they appear first, and this is the mail of the first shared machine in the admin interface that appears in the kvm interface.
We can't reproduce this problem. If possible, could you enter this command tailscale status --json in comet and then send the output to my email ( zefu.du@gl-inet.com )? Please also indicate the email address of your account
With the latest firmware V1.2.1 release1 the correct email is displayed in the interface.
Where did you find this latest firmware?
