In a hotel in Mexico. There is a modem in room without a wan port. There is a captive portal that I need to sign in with on their modem. How do I connect the travel router. I can see the travel router and can connect to it but how to I get it to see the hotel wifi

192.168.8.1 won’t even load. I tried resetting the router but no good. So I can’t even set it up a gain. I have internet in the room
I was now ablet to setup the 1300 now after resetting 3 times. I am able to see hotel wifi but doesn’t go to their login page .
On admin page I clicked on wireless since no lan port on modem. As stated before hotel said name popped up but I entered password and tried to join but no internet.
