So I updated to the beta to try it out, and I found that the Cellular option is missing from the multi-wan menu. So you cant prioritize it over the WAN, Tethering, or Repeater function.

I made no changes to my hardware when I upgraded the firmware. My sim card still appears and connects to T-Mobile. The issue was specifically with Multiwan. Cellular never appeared when I set to fallover or load balance. I could set Ethernet, tethering and repeater priorities in Multiwan, but not cellular.
I solved the problem. Going from 4.12 to the Beta 4.7.1 I reflashed the firmware and did not save my settings. This fixed the issue where my multiwan tab was not showing the cellular source.
So it may be an idea to recommend erasing settings when upgrading the bios in this instance.
